The above-named guest does hereby consent to the recording and distribution(s) of the guest's voice and performance as part of In Our Moms Basement Podcast Series, hosted by Daniel Gioffre & Pat Gonnella. The Guest hereby ackowledges that Daniel Gioffre & Pat Gonnella (Podcaster) are the sole owners of all rights in and to In Our Moms Basement Podcast Series by Daniel Gioffre & Pat Gonnella. And the recording(s) therefore, for all purposes; the Podcaster has the right, among other things, to us and distribute In Our Moms Basement Podcast and the Guest's performance. Together with the guest's name and provided information (including, without limitation, and photographs or other material provided to the producer by guest). Nothing contained in this Podcast Guest Release shall be construed to obilgate podcaster to use or exploit any of the rights granted or required by Podcaster, or to make, sell, license, distribute, or otherwise exploit the material whatsoever. The guest understans and agrees that he/she shall receive no compensation for appearances on and participating in In Our Moms Basement Podcast. The guest's name, likeness and photograph may be used in connection with the program, and in advertising and promotional for the program, but not as an endorsment of any product of service. Guest hereby releases and discharges the Podcaster from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by and means or otherwise using above-mentioned production. *
